The Stonehenge sarsens are traced to West Woods

node

Nash and colleagues publish a geochemical provenance study reporting that fifty of the fifty-two surviving sarsens share a signature matching West Woods in the Marlborough Downs, roughly 25 km north of the monument. It answers a question open since the 17th century, and it does so with instrumental chemistry rather than with typology.

A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
