- is caused loss of status of of Waldschlösschen Bridge, Dresden — A four-lane municipal road bridge, backed by a local referendum and by German court rulings, built through the middle of the inscribed landscape. The Convention lost to ordinary local politics conducted entirely lawfully.
- was listed on List of World Heritage in Danger — Danger listed in 2006 over the planned Waldschlösschen bridge; retained on the World Heritage List in 2008 with an explicit warning of deletion in 2009 if construction was not stopped and the damage reversed.
