Queenstown (Cobh) — Roche's Point anchorage

Titanic's final call, on 11 April 1912, anchoring off Roche's Point at the mouth of Cork Harbour because the ship could not come alongside. Around 120 passengers boarded by tender, most of them third-class Irish emigrants, and seven landed. Queenstown was the last land the ship and most of those aboard ever saw; the town reverted to its Irish name, Cobh, in 1920.
