Mean Kuroshio transport east of Taiwan from the PCM-1 moored array is about 21.5 ± 2.5 Sv; across the PN line in the central East China Sea the time-mean is about 23.3 Sv, with variability of order ±10 Sv on monthly timescales. Read via search summaries of this paper and of a 2021 Frontiers in Marine Science review; neither was fetched.
