Ursus maritimus - IUCN Red List of Threatened Species assessment
evidence
The 2015 global assessment lists the polar bear as Vulnerable, gives a global figure in the region of 26,000 animals with wide uncertainty across nineteen recognised subpopulations, several of which have no reliable estimate, and identifies loss of sea-ice habitat as the principal threat. V55 VERIFICATION BASIS: iucnredlist.org was not reachable during production and no search was possible. The assessment may have been superseded since 2015; the figures here must be checked against the current Red List entry.
A evidence is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.

Timeline
No dated observations are stored for this object. Atlas shows what was observed and when — it does not infer a history.

Assembled narrative · 0
This object does not clear the publishing floor: an assembled narrative needs a description and at least one cited piece of evidence.
Observed changes · 0
No public Signals are attached to this object. Signals show what changed and when it was observed — never a direction or a rank.
