Declaration on the Establishment of the Arctic Council (Ottawa Declaration)

evidence

The Ottawa Declaration establishes the Arctic Council as a high-level forum of eight Arctic states, creates the category of Permanent Participant for organisations of Arctic indigenous peoples, and expressly excludes matters related to military security from the Council's remit. V55 VERIFICATION BASIS: not opened during production; no research channel was available. The count of six Permanent Participants and the March 2022 pause in participation rest on the producer's prior knowledge and require confirmation, as does the Council's operating status in 2026.

A evidence is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
