The Belize Barrier Reef Reserve System is inscribed as World Heritage
node
The Belizean component of the Mesoamerican reef, including the atolls and the Blue Hole, is inscribed as a natural World Heritage property. It was placed on the List of World Heritage in Danger in 2009 over offshore oil concessions and mangrove clearance, and removed in 2018 after Belize legislated a moratorium on offshore petroleum activity — one of the few removals from that list achieved by policy change rather than by the loss of the values that justified listing.
A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
