Brasília is inaugurated
node
Brazil's new capital was inaugurated after roughly four years of construction. The Plano Piloto was dimensioned for a population far smaller than the Federal District would reach, and the workers who built it were already living in settlements the plan did not provide for — the origin of the satellite towns that hold most of the metropolitan population today.
A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
