Singapore brings NEWater into service

Singapore introduced reclaimed water as a named national supply source, initially to industrial customers and by blending into reservoirs. It converted a diplomatic dependency — water imported under an agreement expiring in 2061 — into an engineering programme with a deadline.

A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
