NIST publishes a voluntary AI risk management framework

node

The United States National Institute of Standards and Technology released AI 100-1, the AI Risk Management Framework, organised around four functions — Govern, Map, Measure and Manage. It is voluntary and process-oriented rather than threshold-based, which is a direct consequence of the state of measurement: a framework can require that an organisation measure and document, and cannot specify what a passing measurement would be.

A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
