The first Tokyo Marathon
node
Tokyo consolidates the elite men-only Tokyo International Marathon, held since 1981, with a mass public race open to tens of thousands. Daniel Njenga and Hitomi Niiya are the first winners. It is the first of the six to be built from the outset as a mass event in a city that already had an elite one.
A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
