Turnberry Ailsa Course

node · earth

The Ailsa is the championship links of the Turnberry resort on the Ayrshire coast, playing beneath the famous lighthouse with Ailsa Craig on the horizon. Originally by Willie Fernie, rebuilt by Mackenzie Ross after wartime use as an airfield and reworked again by Martin Ebert in 2015-16, it hosted the 1977 'Duel in the Sun' Open.
