International Space Station operations are planned to end

The partner agencies have committed to operating the station to 2030, with a controlled deorbit to follow. This is a declared programme plan and not a prediction: schedules of this kind have moved before, and the station's life has been extended more than once. What makes the date economically load-bearing is that the commercial microgravity market currently has one platform, and every successor is a proposal.

Planned — a programme target or declared plan, from a source that declared it. Never a prediction.
