A recovered Falcon 9 booster is flown a second time

A first stage that had flown a cargo mission to the International Space Station in April 2016 launched the SES-10 communications satellite, and was recovered again. This, rather than the first landing, is the event with economic content: a customer accepted a flown booster for a commercial geostationary payload, and the industry's objection that reuse would never be insurable or acceptable to satellite operators was answered by an operator accepting it.
