Construction begins at Songdo

Work began on the reclaimed Songdo site in Incheon, under a joint venture between Gale International and POSCO E&C within the newly designated Incheon Free Economic Zone. The programme combined a residential new town with an International Business District intended to attract foreign corporate operations.
