Five Deeps Expedition dives the Challenger Deep four times

node

DSV Limiting Factor makes four dives to the bottom of the Challenger Deep between 28 April and 5 May 2019, with a fifth dive on 7 May to the nearby Sirena Deep. Reported maxima appear in expedition material as about 10,925 m and about 10,928 m. The significance is repeatability rather than any single number: a vehicle certified for routine full-depth operation changes what the hadal zone is for.

A node is not a place. Drawing it on a map would assert something about the world that no stored fact supports.
